Chicken Parmesan Sliders

I’ll admit  that New Year’s Eve isn’t my favorite holiday, but maybe that’s because I haven’t been to a good party for it yet. But that doesn’t stop me from still making some recipes that you can enjoy at a small get-together or a huge celebration! This year, like last year, I have no plans for tonight except for watching the ball drop with my family. Today I put some ingredients in a Crock Pot to make an easy stew, including black eyed peas for good luck. However, it won’t be ready until later tonight. This recipe is one that I made yesterday and is a good handheld appetizer for any party.

  1. Big hit, good recipe. I personally would use less marinara on mine next time, but the marinara sauce itself was outstanding. I need to get another jar before you forget what brand it was!
